I. Product Introduction
The Walk-Behind Surface Profiler is developed and manufactured by Hebei Tianqixingzi Inspection Equipment Co., Ltd. in accordance with JTG 3450-2019 Field Test Methods of Highway Subgrade and Pavement (T 0935-2019 Test Method for Pavement Smoothness Using a Hand-Pushed Profiler), with reference to ASTM E2133 and ASTM E1926.
It is designed for longitudinal profile measurement of pavement surfaces. The measuring platform is separated from the equipment enclosure, which helps reduce the influence of operator input on measurement accuracy.

1. Hardware Features:
1.1 Multiple measurements on the same surface can achieve a data repeatability of up to 98%.
1.2 A true 25 mm sampling interval, equivalent to a Class 1 profiler according to ASTM E950.
1.3 Modular and portable design. All core electronic components and sensors are smaller than a laptop computer.
1.4 Equipped with a Panasonic rugged military-grade laptop, featuring a sunlight-readable display and touchscreen operation.
1.5 Professionally designed self-balancing vehicle frame. By removing the handle, the complete system can be placed into a reusable transportation case for convenient storage and transport.
