Products Description
While maintaining the standard light dynamic penetration test method, the instrument realizes mechanization and standardization of the testing process. It is widely used for geotechnical investigation, foundation compaction evaluation, and soil density testing in construction, highway, water conservancy, and geological engineering applications.
Electric Light Dynamic Penetration Tester
I. Product Introduction
The instrument is an ideal electric probing machine for foundation soil testing in construction projects. The dropping height can be automatically controlled at 50 cm. When the 10 kg hammer is lifted to the preset height of 50 cm, it automatically releases and falls, eliminating human influence on the hammer drop height and ensuring stable and efficient operation.
The machine is only suitable for sand, cohesive soil (including loess), artificial fill, and relatively loose gravelly soil with small particles. It is generally not applicable to rock, gravel soil, or cohesive soil containing cobbles, boulders, or pumice stones.
II. Complete Set of Electric Probing Machine Includes
Main unit of electric probing machine: 1 set
Probe rod: 1 piece
Belts: 3 pieces
Product manual: 1 copy
Certificate of conformity: 1 copy
III. Operation Method and Usage Instructions
1. Place the machine horizontally at the location where penetration testing is required. Before operation, connect the machine to the power supply (380 V) and ensure reliable grounding. Press the “Forward” button on the forward/reverse switch of the machine and check whether the motor rotation direction is correct. The correct direction is that the lifting chain drives the hammer clamping block upward. If the rotation direction is incorrect, switch to the “Reverse” position for adjustment. Step on the operating lever to lift the lifting system, install the probe rod, and lock it securely. Align the machine with the test point, level the machine body, and turn off the power supply. After switching on the right-side control switch, the hammer system will enter the automatic working mode.
2. After completing the test at one penetration point, immediately turn off the right-side switch. Follow the original procedure to pull out the probe rod and place it into the bottom support tray.
3. The slide rail and chain on the upper part of the main unit should be lubricated with grease before each working shift. After all inspections are completed and confirmed to be normal, the machine can be officially operated.
4. sure the probe rods are properly connected and securely locked before operation.
