I. Product Introduction

This equipment complies with the Chinese national standard GB/T 26809-2011 “Low-Temperature Constant Temperature Bath and Thermostatic Circulating Device”, and refers to relevant ASTM and ISO standards for laboratory temperature control and calibration. This standard is a mandatory specification for constant temperature testing equipment. The equipment is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with this standard.

II. Structural Description

This equipment consists of a chassis, a temperature controller, and two switches for power and heating. It features a novel appearance, simple structure, and easy and convenient operation.

IV. Installation Precautions

1. The equipment should be placed indoors at a temperature between -10℃ and 30℃, with relative humidity not exceeding 80%. Good ventilation is essential.

2. Take care not to bump or damage the casing and components during unpacking.

3. It is recommended to use an air switch with leakage protection for this equipment; therefore, a power plug is not included with the equipment.

4. This equipment should be placed on a flat surface, ensuring that all four feet are in contact with the ground and that the weight is evenly distributed.

5. The equipment should have proper grounding.

V. Usage Instructions and Precautions

5.1 Preparation:

1. Add an appropriate amount of water to the working chamber, just enough to submerge the tray support.

2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.

3. Set the desired temperature.

5.2 Operating Instructions:

1. Arrange the pre-cast asphalt concrete sample (or other specimen) neatly on the tray inside the working chamber. Add water to the chamber, ensuring the water level is approximately 30mm above the specimen.

2. Turn on the heating switch. The instrument will automatically control the heating process.

3. When the heating temperature reaches the desired control temperature set by the temperature controller, record the time after the instrument stops heating and the temperature stabilizes.

4. The specimen should be left in the water tank for at least 30 minutes until the temperature has stabilized before use.

5. After the test, turn the hot water valve at the bottom of the water tank to drain the water. Wipe the surface of the instrument dry and place it in a dry, well-ventilated area.

5.3 Precautions for Use:

1. Ensure the equipment is operating normally.

2. The equipment must have proper grounding during use.

3. If water or electrical leakage occurs, immediately disconnect the power supply and stop using the equipment.

VI. Equipment Maintenance Knowledge

Pre-use Inspection:

1. Check if the power supply is normal. Do not use the equipment if the voltage is too low or too high.

2. Check for any leakage of electricity or water.

3. Check if all functions of the equipment are working properly.

Post-use Maintenance:

After the test, turn the hot water valve at the bottom of the water tank to drain the water. Wipe the surface of the instrument dry and store it in a dry, ventilated place.

Post-disuse Maintenance:

If the equipment is not used for an extended period at room temperature, check its functionality every three months. If any abnormalities occur, please contact our after-sales service personnel immediately for repair and filing.
