I. Product Introduction

The Asphalt Concrete Disc Tester for Pavement Material is a professional testing instrument designed for evaluating the deformation performance of asphalt concrete under hydraulic pressure conditions. The equipment is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of DL/T 5326-2018 Test Code for Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete, issued by the National Energy Administration of China, and specifically complies with the relevant provisions of the “Asphalt Concrete Disc Test”.

The equipment is also developed with reference to international asphalt mixture testing standards including ASTM International ASTM, AASHTO AASHTO, and European Committee for Standardization EN standards for asphalt mixture disc specimen testing.

II. Product Application

This instrument is mainly used to determine the central deflection and deflection-to-span ratio of asphalt concrete disc specimens under specified water pressure conditions. It is particularly suitable for testing asphalt concrete materials used in hydraulic engineering anti-seepage face slabs and pavement waterproofing structures.
