The Fiber Image Analyzer is a professional microscopic fiber analysis system specially designed for fiber diameter measurement, cross-sectional morphology observation, fiber fineness evaluation, and fiber composition analysis. The system integrates a high-resolution industrial camera, precision optical microscope, intelligent image processing software, and computer analysis technology, enabling fast, accurate, and efficient fiber testing.

1. Suitable for observing the cross-sectional morphology of various chemical fibers, special-shaped fibers, and hollow fibers, as well as measuring cross-sectional area.

After measuring multiple fibers, the software simultaneously displays the diameter, fiber type name, number of measured fibers, average value, standard deviation, CV value, maximum value, and minimum value of the tested fibers.
