Products Description
The Asphalt Pavement Fiber Dispersing Machine is designed to efficiently loosen and disperse cellulose and mineral fibers used in asphalt mixtures. It improves fiber uniformity and mixing performance, ensuring stable quality and enhanced durability of asphalt pavement materials.
Asphalt Pavement Fiber Dispersing Machine
Model:TDJT533-B
I. Product Introduction
The Asphalt Pavement Fiber Dispersing Machine is a professional testing device specially designed and manufactured in accordance with the testing requirements of Appendix D in JT/T 533 Fiber for Asphalt Pavement, and developed with reference to international standard systems including AASHTO, ASTM, EN, and ISO.
This equipment is mainly used for dispersing, loosening, and pretreating lignin fibers, mineral fibers, and other fiber materials in asphalt mixtures. It effectively eliminates fiber clumping, improves fiber dispersion uniformity, and thus ensures the mixing quality and performance of asphalt mixtures. This equipment is widely used in highway engineering laboratories, research institutes, universities, testing organizations, and road material quality control departments.
II. Main Applications
This equipment is suitable for:
Dispersing lignin fibers for asphalt mixtures
Dispersing and pretreating mineral fibers
Preparing fiber stabilizer samples
Laboratory testing of asphalt pavement materials
Fine powder crushing and mixing pretreatment
It is also suitable for drying materials in the chemical, building materials, and industrial powder fields.
III. Technical Parameters
1. Rotating Speed: ≈ 30,000 r/min
2. Capacity: ≈ 300 mL
3. Voltage: 220 V
4. Power: 550 W
5. Maximum Working Time: ≤ 5 min
6. Load Power: 3200 W
7. Frequency: 50 Hz
8. Grinding Fineness: 50–300 mesh
9. Interval Time Between Operations: ≥ 10 min
IV. Operating Instructions
1. Open the upper cover (turn clockwise to close and counterclockwise to open).
2. Place the dry material into the grinding chamber according to the required sample amount for different models.
3. Close and tighten the upper cover securely.(Steps 1–3 apply to the standard model.)
4. Disconnect the power supply, release the locking buckle (lift it upward by hand), and open the upper cover. Place the material into the clean grinding chamber, then close and lock the cover securely (press once to lock). Add the material according to the specifications of different models.(This step applies to the advanced model.)
5. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch or timer switch.
6. During operation, when the rolling sound becomes uniform, it indicates that the material has been completely ground or dispersed. For timer-equipped models, the machine will stop automatically after the preset time. Models without a timer require manual control of the operating time.
7. For safety, turn off the power supply before opening the cover. Wait until the machine stops rotating completely, then remove the powder material. Residual powder inside the chamber can be cleaned using the supplied cleaning brush.
V. Safety Precautions
Single continuous working time should not exceed 5 minutes.
After each use, allow at least 10 minutes before continuing use.
Test materials must be kept dry.
Power must be disconnected before cleaning and maintenance.
The chamber cover must not be opened while the equipment is running.
