Products Description

The Vibration Impact Standard Sieve Shaker is suitable for sieve analysis and particle size classification of materials in laboratories of highway engineering, construction, geology, metallurgy, scientific research, and related fields. With a typical operating time of only 5 minutes per test, it provides a convenient and efficient method for completing material classification.

Laboratory Mechanical Sieve Shaker | Aggregate Testing

Model: TD302-2

I. Product Introduction

The Vibration Impact Standard Sieve Shaker is developed and manufactured by our company in accordance with T/CHES 29-2019, Code for Testing Coarse-Grained Soil, particularly the requirements for Soil and Specimen Preparation.

Reference Standards: ASTM D6913/D6913M, ISO 17892-4:2016

The complete system consists of a motor control box, oscillating base, timer, sieve clamping plate, and a set of test sieves. The instrument features a compact size, lightweight construction, attractive appearance, advanced structure, reliable performance, large oscillation amplitude, strong tapping force, and effective sieving performance. The sieve assembly is easy and flexible to install and secure, making the instrument convenient for routine laboratory testing.

II. Main Structure and Performance

The apparatus mainly consists of a swinging mechanism, impact mechanism, and clamping mechanism.

The motor drives the main eccentric shaft mounted on the swinging frame through the rotating shaft and worm gear transmission. The main eccentric shaft, in turn, drives the other two auxiliary eccentric shafts to rotate, causing the entire sieve assembly to perform a planar circular motion with a swing radius equal to the eccentricity.

At the same time, the same motor drives another pair of worm gears, which operate through a cam and push rod to periodically lift the swinging frame carrying the sieve assembly. The swinging frame then falls under its own weight onto the anvil on the base, allowing the sieve assembly to perform impact vibration while simultaneously carrying out planar circular motion.

III. Main Features

The instrument features a compact size, lightweight design, and attractive appearance. It is equipped with an automatic stop function and offers an advanced structure, reliable performance, large swing amplitude, strong impact force, and excellent screening efficiency.

In addition, it provides low energy consumption, high operating efficiency, excellent wear resistance, and convenient and flexible clamping of sieve stacks, making it easy to operate and suitable for various laboratory screening applications.

IV. Technical Specifications

1. Sieve Diameter: 300 mm / 200 mm

2. Amplitude: 8 mm

3. Impact Frequency: 147 impacts/min

4. Sieve Swing Frequency: 221 cycles/min

5. Radius of Rotation: 12.5 mm

6. Motor Power: 0.75 kW

7. Voltage: 380 V

V. Operating Instructions

1. Place the sieves in order according to the aperture size, stacking them from the largest aperture to the smallest aperture. Then place a sieve pan at the bottom of the stack.

2. Pour the material to be tested into the top sieve, place the sieve lid securely on top, and then position the entire sieve stack in the sieve support seat of the Vibration Impact Standard Sieve Shaker.

3. Turn the bakelite handle on the sieve clamping plate counterclockwise to lower the entire clamping plate onto the sieve stack. Then turn the bakelite handle clockwise to tighten the top rod shaft against the support seat, securely clamping the entire set of test sieves in place.

4. Set the timer knob on the Vibration Impact Standard Sieve Shaker to the required sieving time, then turn on the power switch. The sieve shaker will start the sieving operation.

5. When the timer reaches the preset time, the Vibration Impact Standard Sieve Shaker will automatically stop operating.

6. Turn the bakelite handle on the sieve clamping plate counterclockwise to release the clamping plate, then lift it upward and secure it on the sliding sleeve. Remove the test sieve stack. Weigh the material retained on each sieve in sequence using a balance, with the weighing accuracy selected according to the required analysis ratio.

7. If there is no vertical vibration during initial operation, the motor may be rotating in the wrong direction. In this case, switch the positions of the two power supply wires.
