Products Description
This water bath is suitable for the conditioning of various specimens from room temperature down to -100°C, as well as boiling treatment. It is a temperature-controlled instrument designed for use above ambient conditions, featuring rapid heating, low noise operation, and high temperature control accuracy. It is widely used in testing and inspection laboratories and is an essential piece of equipment for inspection and experimental institutions.
Wood-Based Panel Boiling Water Test Chamber
Model:TD17657-FZ2
I. Product Introduction
The Wood-Based Panel Boiling Water Multi-Function Test Chamber is developed and manufactured by Hebei Tianqixingzi Inspection Equipment Co., Ltd. in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 17657.
This equipment also complies with the Chinese national standard GB/T 26809-2011, international standards such as EN 321 and ASTM D1037 may also be applied or used as a reference. It is a mandatory standard for constant temperature testing equipment.
II. Scope of Application
The product has a wide range of applications. It is used in GB/T 17657 for the following test procedures:
4.9 Determination of static bending strength after immersion in water at 70°C and 100°C
4.10 Determination of static bending strength after boiling (immersion)–freezing–drying treatment
4.12 Determination of internal bond strength after 2-hour boiling water treatment
4.13 Determination of moisture resistance — boiling water test
4.50 Determination of boiling water resistance
All of the above test procedures require this equipment.
III. Structural Description
This equipment consists of a cabinet, a temperature control instrument, a power supply system, and two switches for heating control. It features a modern appearance, simple structure, and is easy and convenient to operate.
IV. Main Technical Parameters
1. Operating voltage: 220 V, 50 Hz
2. Working environment: Room temperature
3. Operating humidity: < 80% RH
4. Temperature control range: Room temperature to 100°C
5. Heating power: 3 kW
6. Temperature control accuracy: ±0.1℃
7. Chamber space (L×W×H): 1100×306×280 (mm)
8. Overall dimensions (L×W×H): 1440×450×530 (mm)
V. Installation Precautions
5.1 The equipment shall be installed indoors where the ambient temperature is between -10°C and 30°C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%. The installation site must be well ventilated.
5.2 During unpacking, handle the equipment carefully to avoid any impact or damage to the cabinet and components.
5.3 It is recommended that the power supply be equipped with a residual current circuit breaker (RCCB). The equipment is therefore delivered without a power plug.
5.4 The equipment shall be placed on a level and stable floor. All four leveling feet at the bottom must be in full and uniform contact with the ground.
5.5 The equipment must be properly grounded to ensure safe operation.
VI. Temperature Calibration & Verification Procedure
1. Product Calibration and Verification
This product shall be calibrated and verified by an authorized institution with national metrology qualification, and it may only be put into use after passing the verification. The calibration procedure is as follows:
1.1 The calibration personnel must hold a valid metrology qualification certificate.
1.2 The calibration shall be carried out under the stable constant-temperature condition of the equipment.
1.3 During calibration, three to five (or more) standard thermometers shall be used. The thermometers shall be placed at representative positions above the tray inside the water bath chamber. (Note: Do not place the thermometers below the tray.)
2. Record the temperature readings of each standard thermometer and calculate the average value.
3. Press and hold the SET key for 3 seconds until the temperature display shows the LC interface.
LC00: Unlocked
LC01: Lock internal instrument parameters
LC02: Lock set value and internal parameters
Then press the SET key again to enter the C interface (temperature correction parameter interface). If the value shown after “C” is 000, it indicates the initial (default) parameter.
Adjust the temperature controller according to the average value of the standard thermometers. If the average temperature of the standard thermometers is 1.5°C higher than the temperature displayed on the controller, subtract 1.5°C from the original value in the “SC” parameter. Otherwise, add the corresponding value.
Adjustment accuracy: 0.1°C.
4. After completing the settings, press and hold the **SET** key to return. Observe whether the temperature displayed on the controller matches the average value of the standard thermometers. If any deviation remains, continue adjusting according to the above procedure until the readings are consistent.
