I. Product Introduction
The Concrete Pipe Internal Water Pressure Testing Machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 11836-1999 and GB/T 16752-2010, with reference to EN 1916 and ASTM C497. It is suitable for testing concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipes with diameters ranging from 100 mm to 2600 mm.It is a specialized testing equipment for evaluating the physical performance and internal water pressure resistance of concrete and reinforced concrete pipes. It serves as a reliable testing solution for implementing quality control requirements and ensuring compliance with drainage pipe standards.
The loading beam adopts an overlapping structural design, allowing it to accommodate pipes of different diameters and lengths. The pressure loading system utilizes a separate hydraulic jack, enabling convenient on-site operation and freely adjustable loading speed. Test results are displayed directly in digital form, providing high accuracy and eliminating errors caused by manual reading.

6. Working Principle: According to the diameter of the test specimen, corresponding air vent ports are provided. Water is first injected rapidly by a filling pump to remove trapped air inside the pipe. A pressure pump is then used to apply hydraulic pressure until the required test pressure is reached, enabling internal water pressure and watertightness testing.
