I. Product Overview
This machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with industry and national standards, including CJ/T 3012-1993 “Cast Iron Manhole Covers”, CJ/T 121-2000 “Recycled Resin Composite Manhole Covers”, CJ/T 130-2001 “Recycled Resin Composite Gully Gratings”, CJ/T 212-2005 “Polymer-Based Composite Gully Gratings”, JC 889-2001 “Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Manhole Covers”, GB/T 23858-2009 “Manhole Covers”, and EN 124 “Gully tops and manhole tops for vehicular and pedestrian areas”.It is used for testing the load-bearing capacity of manhole covers, and its structural performance fully meets the requirements of relevant testing standards and specifications.
Note: HT material samples are only subjected to destructive testing; QT material samples or other composite materials are subjected to cyclic loading, deformation, and destructive tests.

III. Main Features
1. The main frame adopts a high-rigidity structure to ensure safety during the testing process.
2. The loading cylinder is mounted on the upper position, with a working table height of 360 mm, making it easy to place and remove manhole cover specimens.
3. A spherical hinge connection is adopted between the rigid pad and the piston end, ensuring full contact between the manhole cover and the reaction plate and guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of the measured load-bearing capacity.
4. A special material seal is adopted between the cylinder and the piston, ensuring high sealing performance, low friction, and long service life.
5. A dedicated testing machine oil pump motor unit is used, featuring low noise and long service life.
6. An ultra-fine oil filter is adopted to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system, thereby guaranteeing long-term stable operation of the control and actuating components.

10. The control modes include constant stress, constant load, and load-holding functions, as well as on-screen display of test force, peak value, piston displacement, and test curves. The test curves include force-time, force-deformation, and deformation-time curves, with smooth switching between control modes.

Users can program on-site according to testing requirements, enabling automatic closed-loop control, cyclic loading, loading speed control, and loading waveform settings (since standard requirements define the loading process as a cyclic waveform).
