I. Product Introduction
The Cement Fineness Negative Pressure Test Sieve is a dedicated accessory for cement fineness testing by the 80 μm sieve analysis method specified in GB 1345-91. It features a simple structure and is easy to use, making it suitable for routine cement fineness testing.
Reference Standards: ASTM C430, EN 196-6.
II. Instructions for Use
1. Place the fly ash sample for testing in a drying oven at a constant temperature of 105℃~110℃. Remove and cool to room temperature in a desiccator.
2. Weigh approximately 10g of the sample (accurate to 0.01g) and pour it onto a 45µm square-hole sieve. Place the sieve on the sieve holder and cover it with the sieve cover.
3. Connect the power supply and set the timer to 3 minutes to begin sieving.
4. After starting operation, observe the negative pressure gauge and ensure it stabilizes at 4000Pa~6000Pa. If the negative pressure is less than 4000Pa, stop the machine. Clean the dust collector before sieving.
5. During sieving, gently tap the sieve cover with a light wooden stick or hard rubber stick to prevent adsorption.
6. Sieving will automatically stop after 3 minutes. After stopping, observe the residue. If particles are balled up, stick to the sieve, or fine particles are deposited on the edge of the sieve frame, gently brush the particles away with a soft sieve. Set the timer switch to manual position and sieve for another 1~3 minutes until the sieve is completely separated. Collect the residue in the sieve and weigh it accurately to 0.01g.
