I. Product Introduction

The Eco-Friendly Negative Pressure Sieve Analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with JTG E51-2009, Test Methods for Materials Stabilized with Inorganic Binders for Highway Engineering(T0818-2009, Test Method for Fineness of Fly Ash).

Reference Standard: ASTM C430-26, Standard Test Method for Fineness of Hydraulic Cement by the 45-μm (No. 325) Sieve.

The standard specifies the sieve analysis procedures for determining cement fineness using 45 μm and 80 μm square-aperture test sieves. The instrument minimizes the influence of human factors during testing and improves measurement accuracy. III. Structural Description

The Eco-Friendly Negative Pressure Sieve Analyzer consists of two main components integrated into one unit: the sieve analyzer and an industrial vacuum cleaner.

The industrial vacuum cleaner is equipped with a motor, filter bag, and dust-cleaning system. A vacuum pressure gauge is used to monitor the negative pressure, while the dust collection container collects the fine powder and dust generated during the sieve analysis.

IV. Operating Principle

The Eco-Friendly Negative Pressure Sieve Analyzer uses airflow as the driving medium for sieve analysis. During operation, the entire system is maintained under negative pressure. The material to be tested inside the sieve is fluidized by the airflow generated by the rotating air nozzle and moves with the airflow.

Fine particles smaller than the sieve aperture are carried through the sieve by the airflow and extracted from the test chamber, while coarse particles larger than the sieve aperture remain on the test sieve. This process separates particles according to their size and determines the fineness of the material.

A compact cyclone dust collector is integrated into the sieve analysis system to collect fine particles carried by the airflow. The collection efficiency can reach more than 95%, significantly reducing the frequency of cleaning required for the vacuum cleaner and improving the environmental performance of the instrument.

V. Operating Procedure

Place the test sieve on the sieve holder of the analyzer and check that the sealing is secure. Weigh the required amount of sample according to the applicable test standard, transfer it into the test sieve, and fit the sieve lid securely.

Connect the power supply. Ensure that the power outlet is properly grounded. Select the required sieve analysis time and press the ON/OFF button to start the test. The analyzer will operate automatically and stop when the preset time has elapsed. After the test, weigh the material retained on the test sieve to determine the sieve analysis result.

Sieve Analysis Time Setting: The instrument provides preset test durations of 120 s and 180 s. Press the Time Selection button to select the required duration, then press the ON/OFF button to start the sieve analysis.
