I. Product Introduction
This product is designed for sampling powdered materials from cement silos and powder conveying systems at cement mortar and concrete batching plants, as well as from various stages of cement production. It is suitable for process quality control, raw material inspection, and laboratory analysis. The sampler enables convenient collection of representative powdered material samples, providing reliable specimens for subsequent testing and quality evaluation.
II. Technical Specifications
1. Intelligent Sampling: Supports continuous sampling, scheduled sampling, and sampling during preset time periods.
2. Automatic Cleaning: The system features an automatic cleaning function and stores sampling time records for subsequent review.
3. Adjustable Sampling Volume: The sampling quantity can be adjusted using two methods:
• Mechanical Adjustment: Move the adjustment screw to regulate the sampling opening and then secure it in position.
• Electronic Adjustment: Provides 10 levels of adjustment. Level 1 provides continuous maximum sampling, while Levels 2–10 correspond to different sampling intervals, with each level allowing the sampling interval to be set from approximately 2 to 10 minutes.
4. Microcontroller Control: Equipped with a microcontroller and a built-in real-time clock (RTC). The clock continues to operate automatically even when the unit is switched off.

III. Installation of the Cement Sampler
1. Sampler Body Installation: The main body of the sampler can be installed next to the screw conveyor or at a suitable position on the silo wall. Securely fasten the sampler in place.
2. Controller Installation: Install the control unit in a convenient location where it is easy to observe and operate. Secure it to the wall using expansion bolts.
3. Electrical Connection: Connect the power cable of the sampling motor to the controller. Important: Ensure that the protective grounding wire is properly connected before switching on and operating the equipment.
