I. Product Application
This High Precision Low Temperature Refrigerated Water Bath is widely used in petroleum, chemical engineering, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, bioengineering, medical and health care, life sciences, light industry and food industries, material property testing, and chemical analysis laboratories, as well as universities, enterprise quality inspection departments, and production units.
II. Features
1. The outer casing is made of cold-rolled steel plate with a powder-coated surface. It is not only aesthetically pleasing but also improves the instrument’s resistance to impact and compression during use and transportation. It is easy to clean.
2. The large-capacity tank, work platform, and heating elements, as well as other components that may come into contact with the working medium, are made of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring excellent durability and long service life.
3. The external body adopts electrostatic powder coating technology on cold-rolled steel plates, providing a more refined and attractive appearance. (Optional customization is available for SUS304 or SUS202 stainless steel materials.)
4. The inner tank is made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring no water leakage during long-term use. It reduces the formation of dead zones during heating, thereby maintaining excellent temperature uniformity.
5. Brand-new design with a well-sealed upper cover. The finely crafted 304 stainless steel structure provides higher usability and improved precision.
6. Polyurethane foam insulation effectively reduces heat loss from the bath, saves energy consumption, and ensures a more uniform temperature field inside the tank.
7. A precision constant temperature control system is designed, enabling controllable temperature across the entire range with excellent temperature uniformity.
8. Intelligent LCD digital display shows both the set temperature and the actual temperature. A microcomputer-based system corrects temperature measurement deviations and includes timing function and over-temperature alarm function.
9. Equipped with a high-power, high-stability, and long-life heating system, ensuring safe, efficient, and long-term operation of the equipment.
10. Clear indicators for working status and key functions make operation simple and display intuitive.
11. Equipped with over-temperature protection, as well as sensor open-circuit and short-circuit protection functions, ensuring safe operation of the instrument.
12. High-strength universal casters with locking devices allow easy movement and secure positioning of the equipment.
13. Air-cooled, fully enclosed compressor refrigeration system ensures rapid cooling performance.
14. Equipped with two imported modular compressors and a dual-circuit refrigeration system. It features delayed start, multiple protections for high and low pressure, ensuring safe operation, stable performance, and easy maintenance. With the circulation pump activated, the heating and cooling response is faster and temperature distribution is more uniform. The cooling rate can reach approximately 1°C per minute, and the system can reach as low as -50°C within one hour.
15. The refrigeration system is equipped with multiple protection functions, including overheat protection and overcurrent protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
16. Fully enclosed high-power circulation pump with stirring function ensures uniform and stable temperature distribution, and prevents leakage. The integrated design of the sensor and circulating pump flow significantly improves temperature control accuracy and temperature uniformity.
17. Automatic water replenishment and water level alarm function (optional).
18. RS232 communication interface can be configured upon request, enabling data transmission with a computer for remote control and real-time monitoring of the equipment operating status (optional).
