Products Description

This equipment is widely used in building materials testing institutions, cement production companies, scientific research institutes, university laboratories, third-party testing centers and engineering quality supervision departments. It is used to measure the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar specimens, providing reliable data support for product quality control, R&D testing and project acceptance.

Computer-Controlled Flexural & Compression Testing Machine

Model:TDYE-300SG-10E

I. Product Introduction

The Computer-Controlled Constant-Loading Flexural and Compression Testing Machine is a high-precision automated testing system specifically designed for strength testing of cement, mortar, and other construction materials. Integrating both flexural and compression testing functions into a single unit, the machine adopts an advanced AC servo drive system and computer-based closed-loop control technology. It supports multiple control modes, including constant load and constant stress, ensuring that the entire testing process complies with both international and domestic testing standards.

II. Applicable Standards

The equipment is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the following standards:

GB/T 17671 "Test Method for Strength of Cement Mortar (ISO Method)"

ISO 679 Methods of Testing Cement – Determination of Strength

EN 196-1 Methods of Testing Cement – Determination of Strength

ASTM C109/C109M Compressive Strength of Hydraulic Cement Mortars

ASTM C348 Flexural Strength of Hydraulic-Cement Mortars

III. Product Features

1. Strictly designed according to standards, the flexural strength cement clamps feature anti-aging design and a separate, frictionless design, crucial indicators for ensuring the accuracy of test values. Customization for various non-standard requirements is also supported.

2. Employs microcomputer control, featuring control modes for constant velocity test force, constant velocity stress, and test force holding. The computer enables screen display of test data and curves, disk storage, database management, and, when connected to a printer, can output experimental data reports.

3. An AC servo system drives an AC servo motor, and a precision speed reduction mechanism drives a ball screw, ensuring high precision, low noise, and stable operation of the entire machine.

4. Both the bending and compressive strength sensors are load sensors, providing direct data output with high accuracy.

5. The control process is unaffected by temperature, resulting in more stable mechanical loading performance.

6. No pollution problems caused by hydraulic oil leakage, seepage, dripping, or spillage. No risk of malfunction due to contamination of servo valves.

7. High long-term operational reliability with maintenance-free operation (eliminates the need for frequent hydraulic oil replacement).

8. Direct use of 220V power supply, eliminating the complexity of 380V power wiring and installation.

9. Equipped with limit protection for working position, as well as overload and overcurrent protection functions, ensuring reliable and safe operation.

10. Equipped with an automatic return-to-initial-position function after test completion, providing high efficiency and convenience.

11. The computer system can perform statistical analysis and processing of test data, print various required test curves and reports, and support data storage, networking, and data sharing functions, enabling centralized and systematic laboratory management.
