I.Product Introduction

The TD753-1 Slurry Seal Breaking Time Test Mold is a specialized testing device developed by Hebei Tianqixingzi Inspection Equipment Co., Ltd. in accordance with the latest industry standard JTG 3410 (T0753-2025 Slurry Mixture Breaking Time Test).This instrument is designed to determine the time required for a slurry mixture to transition from a workable state to an initial setting state. It is an important parameter for slurry seal mix design and construction quality control.

The product is developed with reference to the following international standards:JTG 3410, ASTM D3910, and EN 12273.

II.Test Principle

The slurry mixture is placed into a standard ring-shaped test mold and spread into a uniform thin layer under specified conditions. The demulsification process of the emulsified asphalt is then observed, and the time required for the mixture to change from a workable state to a non-flowing state is recorded.

This time is defined as the Breaking Time, which reflects the following key performance characteristics:
