I.Product Introduction
This instrument is designed and manufactured by Hebei Tianqixingzi Inspection Equipment Co.,Ltd. in accordance with the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China standard JTG 3410-2025 (T0752 Wet Track Abrasion Test for Slurry Mixtures).The tester is used to evaluate the wear resistance of emulsified asphalt slurry seal mixtures after forming, and to assess surface material loss under water and friction conditions.
This equipment can be used together with the loaded wheel compaction test to determine the optimal asphalt content of slurry seal mixtures. It is an essential testing instrument for mix design and quality control of slurry seal applications.

II.Working Principle
The equipment simulates the pavement abrasion environment under water and traffic loading conditions. A standard abrasion head applies friction to the surface of the specimen at a specified rotational speed and load. The material loss is then measured to evaluate the durability and wear resistance of the mixture.
