I. Product Application:
This equipment is equipped with an electronic speed control system, enabling the rotary flask to operate smoothly at an optimal constant speed. Under conditions of heating, constant temperature, and negative pressure, the sample solution is fully dispersed and rapidly evaporated. The vapor is then condensed and the solvent is efficiently recovered through the condensation system, achieving effective separation and recovery.This instrument is widely used in biology, medicine, chemical engineering, food industry, universities, research institutions, and laboratory environments. III. Product Features:
1.Equipped with a user-friendly automatic lifting system. The main unit rises when the “Up” button is pressed and lowers when the “Down” button is pressed; it stops immediately once the button is released, ensuring easy and precise operation. An emergency handwheel is also provided. In case of lifting motor failure, the main unit can still be raised or lowered by manually rotating the handwheel.
2.Features a unique sealing structure with carefully selected sealing materials, ensuring excellent vacuum performance.
3. The temperature is displayed digitally and controlled by a metal probe sensor. When the sensor is placed into the heating bath (water bath), the heating power will be automatically cut off once the water temperature reaches the preset value. When the temperature falls below the selected value, the heating power will automatically resume. This cycle ensures stable and constant temperature control.The temperature controller’s hundred-digit dial switch must be set to “0”.
4.The heating bath is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a cylindrical size of Ø220 × 120 mm. It is equipped with a 1 kW enclosed resistance heater, and can accommodate a 2 L rotary flask. (RE-52B: Ø280 × 180 mm, 2 kW, suitable for 5 L flask)
5. A vertical condenser system with high evaporation efficiency is adopted. The inner cooling water tube is made of glass with a serpentine double-loop structure. During flask rotation, the solution spreads along the inner wall and evaporates, then enters the large-aperture evaporation tube and passes through a large-diameter condenser tube, significantly improving evaporation efficiency.
6. The TD727 series rotary evaporator is constructed entirely of stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and high practical performance.
