I.Product Introduction
The Asphalt Mixture Gyratory Compactor is a specialized testing instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese transportation industry standard JT/T 724-2008 “Gyratory Compactor”, the industry standard JTG 3410-2025 “Standard Test Methods of Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture for Highway Engineering” (T0736-2011), and with reference to the international standard AASHTO T312.
This equipment adopts the gyratory compaction method to prepare asphalt mixture cylindrical specimens with diameters of φ100 mm or φ150 mm. It is widely used in laboratory testing for the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures, and serves as an essential specimen preparation device for highway engineering material testing and mix design.
II. Main Technical Features
1. This instrument conforms to the SPERPAVE standard of the Federal Hygiene and Environmental Protection Agency (FHWA) and can operate safely and reliably under given compaction pressure and rotational compaction angle.
2. This instrument uses a Siemens PLC from Germany as the core of its control system. The system has comprehensive protection functions and is capable of operating in complex working conditions.
3. This instrument uses a 7-inch industrial touchscreen as its human-machine interface. The interface is clear and highly visible, setting operating parameters is simple, and process data is displayed in real time. Test data can be saved in Excel format and downloaded to a USB flash drive.
4. This instrument is designed and manufactured with reference to imported equipment; its pressure device, sensors, bearings, and other key components are all original imported products.
5. This instrument has been tested by relevant national authoritative units, and the test results are consistent with similar imported equipment, demonstrating stable performance. It is considered a viable alternative to similar imported products.
6. The loading method is an electric actuator, resulting in fast response.
7. The operating interface is available in both Chinese and English, and can be switched.
