I. Product Overview:

This Asphalt Mixture Rutting Specimen Molding Machine is a newly developed laboratory testing equipment for highway engineering. It integrates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic control systems into one unit. Compared with similar products, it features a compact structure, high automation level, powerful functions, and easy operation, representing an advanced technical level in China.

The equipment and its testing method comply with the requirements of JTG 3410-2025 (T0703-2025) and also reference international standards EN 12697-33 and AASHTO T324. It is used for the standardized preparation of asphalt mixture specimens for rutting tests.

II. Main Technical Features:

1. The rolling roller pressure is adjustable within the range of 0kN to 20kN, with an accuracy of less than 0.1kN.

2. The test mold height can be selected within the range of 30mm to 100mm.

3. The clamping mechanism for installing the test mold is advanced, easy to use, safe, and reliable.

4. After the test mold is installed on the trolley, it can automatically center itself.

5.The jog control function allows the trolley to be moved and positioned at any desired location.

6.The number of rolling cycles of the trolley can be set freely and recorded in real time. When the actual number of cycles reaches the preset value, the rolling operation will stop automatically.

7.The rolling temperature can be freely set according to test requirements. When the actual temperature reaches the preset value, the heating system will stop automatically, and the temperature value is displayed accurately.

8.The equipment is equipped with a safety control design. An emergency stop switch is installed on the control cabinet, which can immediately stop all operating functions in case of an emergency.
