Products Description

The Servo-Hydraulic Concrete Shear Testing Machine applies controlled normal and horizontal loads to the test specimen through independent servo-hydraulic loading systems. The normal load simulates the compressive stress acting on the specimen, while the horizontal load produces shear displacement until the specimen reaches shear failure.

Servo-Hydraulic Concrete Shear Testing Machine

Model: TDYZ-C

I. Product Overview

The TDYZ-C Series Computer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Concrete Direct Shear Testing Machine is developed in accordance with the industry standards SL 352-2006, Test Code for Hydraulic Concrete, and DL/T 5150-2017, Test Code for Hydraulic Concrete.

Reference Standards: ASTM D5607, ISRM Suggested Method

Based on existing direct shear testing equipment available in China and abroad, this machine adopts dual-channel electro-hydraulic servo loading technology, dual-sensor technology, computer control, and dedicated software for data processing. The vertical and horizontal loading systems can also be operated independently to perform uniaxial loading tests when required. The machine is designed for direct shear testing of rock discontinuities, such as joints, bedding planes, foliation planes, and fracture surfaces, as well as direct shear testing of rock specimens, rock-concrete or rock-mortar interfaces, and the bonded interfaces between concrete and other materials. It is suitable for determining the shear and shear failure strength of various rock and concrete interface specimens.

II. Control System

The control unit consists of a computer-based control system and a servo-hydraulic oil pump system. It features dual-channel closed-loop control of normal and horizontal stress, as well as normal and horizontal displacement. During testing, the system can perform multi-stage load holding and multi-stage shear tests.

The independent and open test system can be further expanded with additional accessories, providing greater versatility for different testing requirements. The instrument features a compact structure, attractive design, simple maintenance, and easy operation. The entire testing process can be automatically controlled by a computer running Windows 7 or Windows 10.

The equipment is an independently developed domestic product with advanced technical performance. It is suitable for hydraulic and hydropower engineering geological investigations, universities, colleges, research institutions, and other laboratories.
