I. Product Introduction

This product is designed for sampling bagged cement and is mainly used to quickly and conveniently obtain representative cement powder samples from cement bags. The sampler features a simple structure and easy operation, making it suitable for cement manufacturers, construction sites, quality inspection organizations, laboratories, and research institutions for cement quality inspection and performance testing. Proper sampling helps provide reliable specimens for subsequent physical and chemical property testing of cement.

III. Operating Procedure

1. Hold the rubber handle of the sampler and insert the sampling tube into the cement bag.

2. Press and cover the air hole at the top of the rubber handle with your finger.

3. Pull the sampler out of the cement bag. Insert the sampler at an appropriate angle into a plastic sample bag or a standard cement sample retention container. Release your finger from the air hole on the rubber handle to allow the cement sample to flow into the sample container.

4. Note: Randomly select more than 20 different sampling locations and insert the sampling tube to an appropriate depth into the cement. Cover the air hole with your thumb and carefully withdraw the sampling tube. Place the collected samples into a clean, dry container that is protected from contamination. For every 1/10 batch or lot, collect at least 6 kg of cement from one bag.
