I. Product Overview

This indenter is used for the uniaxial penetration test of asphalt mixtures and serves as a key loading component for determining the penetration strength of asphalt mixtures. By applying a concentrated load to the specimen under specified conditions, it simulates actual traffic loading and is used to ev aluate the high-temperature stability and deformation resistance of asphalt mixtures. The product is suitable for performance verification during mix design as well as quality inspection after construction. It can be used for both laboratory-molded specimens and field core samples.

The indenter is designed for standard cylindrical specimens with diameters of 100 mm or 150 mm and a height of 100 mm. Two specifications are available, including a large indenter and a small indenter, to meet different testing requirements. The product complies with the requirements of JTG D50-2017.
