I. Product Introduction

The Asphalt Mixture Closed Triaxial Test Apparatus is developed and manufactured by Hebei Tianqixingzi Inspection Equipment Co., Ltd., in accordance with the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China industry standard T/CHES 29-2019 “Test Specification for Coarse Grained Soils,” specifically the triaxial compression test method.

This equipment adopts servo motor drive technology, automatic control technology, high-precision sensing technology, and a computer-based data acquisition system, forming a new generation of asphalt mixture triaxial compression testing system.

Compared with traditional microcomputer-controlled triaxial testing systems, this equipment offers the following advantages:

This equipment is mainly used to determine the shear performance parameters of asphalt mixtures under specified temperature and loading conditions, in order to evaluate their high-temperature stability and structural strength.

The standard specimen size is Φ100 mm × 200 mm, and the typical test temperatures are:60°C (for petroleum asphalt)38°C (for coal tar asphalt)
