I. Product Introduction

The Cement Grout Flow Cone is developed and manufactured by Hebei Tianqixingzi Inspection Equipment Co., Ltd. in accordance with JT/T 946-2014, Highway Engineering – Grouting Materials (Agents) for Prestressed Tendons, Section 4.2, Properties of Cement Grout. It is also designed with reference to EN 445 and ASTM C939/C939M.

The Cement Grout Flow Cone is used to determine the flowability of cement grout under the action of admixtures. The specially processed cement grout flow cone is resistant to chemical reaction and corrosion from admixtures, helping improve the accuracy and reliability of test results.

IV. Test Principle
The test determines the flowability of cement grout by measuring the time required for a specified quantity of grout to flow through the flow cone. The measured efflux time is used to evaluate the fluidity and workability of the grout.

V. Test Procedure

Place the Cement Grout Flow Cone on a stable and level surface.

Close the outlet and fill the cone with the prepared cement grout.

Remove any excess grout from the top of the cone.

Open the outlet and allow the grout to flow freely.

Record the time required for the specified volume of grout to pass through the outlet.

Use the measured efflux time to evaluate the flowability of the cement grout according to the applicable test standard.
